Are you looking for a rewarding, challenging, and hands-on career helping individuals, families, property owners, and businesses restore properties affected by hoarding, excessive clutter, debris, unsanitary conditions, and other difficult cleanup situations?

Junk Hoarding Cleanup USA is a professional cleanup and remediation company providing comprehensive hoarding cleanup, junk removal, property cleanout, deep cleaning, sanitation, and specialty cleanup services. Our team of trained Hoarding Cleanup Technicians assists customers with challenging cleanup situations that may require extensive sorting, bagging, lifting, debris removal, furniture removal, appliance removal, cleaning, disinfecting, odor treatment, and property restoration services.

Our technicians understand that hoarding and extreme clutter situations require much more than simply removing unwanted items. Every property and every customer is different. Our goal is to approach each project professionally, respectfully, safely, and without judgment while helping customers regain cleaner, safer, and more manageable living or working environments.

Junk Hoarding Cleanup USA works with homeowners, renters, landlords, property managers, real estate professionals, businesses, government agencies, senior communities, families, and other organizations that require professional cleanup and property cleanout assistance. Depending on the condition of the property, our technicians may encounter excessive household contents, trash, abandoned belongings, damaged furniture, spoiled food, animal waste, rodent contamination, unpleasant odors, and other potentially hazardous or unsanitary conditions.

As our company continues to grow, we are looking for dependable, hardworking, compassionate, and motivated individuals who are interested in joining our professional cleanup team.

We believe in developing employees, providing hands-on training, and creating opportunities for qualified team members to take on greater responsibilities as our company expands. We are especially interested in individuals who take pride in their work, respect our customers, work well as part of a team, and understand the importance of professionalism when entering someone else’s home, business, or property.

Hoarding cleanup and specialty property cleaning can be physically and emotionally demanding. Technicians may be required to work for extended periods while standing, bending, lifting, carrying, sorting, bagging, moving furniture, loading debris, operating equipment, and wearing personal protective equipment. Applicants should carefully consider the physical and emotional requirements of this type of work before applying.

Training will be provided to applicants who are selected and offered employment.

Career Spotlight: The Professionals Behind Hoarding Cleaning

Behind every successful hoarding cleanup is a team of hardworking professionals willing to perform a job that many people simply cannot do.

Hoarding Cleanup Technicians frequently enter properties during some of the most difficult periods in a customer’s life. A home may contain years of accumulated belongings, household trash, furniture, boxes, clothing, food containers, appliances, personal possessions, and other materials that have made rooms difficult or impossible to use.

Our technicians help bring organization back to these environments.

Hoarding cleanup requires patience, physical endurance, attention to detail, teamwork, and compassion. Technicians may spend hours carefully sorting belongings, separating items designated for disposal, bagging trash, moving heavy furniture, loading debris, cleaning surfaces, removing contaminated materials, and helping prepare properties for their next stage of recovery.

This profession is not simply about throwing things away.

Many customers have emotional attachments to their possessions, even when the amount of accumulated material has become overwhelming. Our technicians are expected to treat customers and their belongings with dignity and respect. Items identified for retention should be handled carefully, while materials approved for disposal must be removed efficiently and according to company procedures.

Some assignments may also involve difficult environmental conditions. Technicians can encounter animal waste, rodent droppings, insects, spoiled food, strong odors, mold-like conditions, bodily fluids, sharp objects, and other potential hazards. Appropriate training, work practices, cleaning procedures, equipment, and personal protective equipment are essential parts of performing this work safely.

The individuals who choose this career often work behind the scenes, but the results of their work can have an enormous impact.

A hallway that could not be walked through can become accessible again. A bedroom filled with belongings can once again become usable. A kitchen overwhelmed by trash and spoiled food can be cleaned and restored. A property that appeared impossible to manage can begin moving toward a safer, cleaner, and more functional condition.

That is why we consider our Hoarding Cleanup Technicians an important part of the communities we serve.
